Nina grew up as a competitive athlete. Track and field wasn't just a sport; it was how she understood herself. When persistent injuries forced her to step away, it was one of the hardest chapters of her life. But it became the foundation for everything that followed.
She found her way into coaching and discovered a genuine calling. Helping people feel stronger, move better, and take their health seriously was work that felt meaningful and real. Over time her clients began coming to her with something deeper than fitness goals. They were navigating the natural shifts that come with age, changes in energy, recovery, sleep, and overall vitality, while still showing up fully for their careers, their families, and their lives. They weren't looking for a quick fix. They were looking for someone who understood the bigger picture and could help them live well for the long term.
That is what led Nina to create Inspired Wellness Partners and the Live Well Model. A framework built around six pillars: movement, nourishment, recovery, health benchmarks, community, and mindset. Designed not as a program but as a sustainable way of living. One that honors where you are and supports where you want to go.

Nina created the Live Well Model after years of listening to what her clients actually needed. It is a framework built around six pillars that together define what it means to be well for the long term. They are not a checklist. They are an ecosystem. Each one influences the others and when all six are supported, everything changes.
Intentional, goal-oriented movement designed around your body, your life, and where you are right now. Not just exercise. Movement that actually serves you.
Food that works for you. Personalized nutrition built around your biology, your schedule, and the way you actually live day to day.
The pillar most people underestimate. Sleep, rest, bodywork, and the practices that allow your body and mind to genuinely restore and come back stronger.
Knowing your numbers. Regular biometric tracking so your plan is always grounded in what your body is actually telling you, not guesswork.
Wellness does not happen in isolation. The people around you matter enormously. Having the right support system in place is part of living well.
How you think shapes everything else. Stress management, emotional resilience, and the mental clarity to stay the course when life gets hard.
